Mackey & Guasco Staffing is searching for an Administrative Bookkeeper to join our client, a small privately held consulting firm in Greenwich, CT.  The role will be responsible for QuickBooks activity, qualifying and generating payments, serving as the Administrative Assistant and the point person for the office. Must have QuickBooks experience and possess a mature, professional attitude.  This is a lovely two-person office conveniently located near the Greenwich train station.  DOE: $55-57K + vacation + flexible hours --- no medical benefits.


  • Qualify and generate payments.
  • Serve as point person for the office/business.
  • Serve as office manger for the office and property manager for the small residential office building.
  • Interact with external clients on a regular basis.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • MUST have QuickBooks experience.
  • Must have administrative experience.
  • Must possess a mature and professional demeanor.
  • Must be discreet.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.
