Adhere to our Customer Connection Sales and Service methodology to ensure customers receive a remarkable experience Build new customer relationships by taking 1-2 inbound calls per hour Be the "go to" Travel Professional your customers need by providing expert travel recommendations and conducting necessary follow-up that meets company expectations Accurately book and confirm vacation reservations in a timely manner Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and maintain productivity standards by executing sales strategies and call prioritization Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions to build your knowledge base and awareness of company initiatives What should you expect?

Schedule: Your schedule will change approximately every 12 weeks and it will include nights, weekends and holidays. You must be available to work full-time (35-45 hours/week) between the hours of 8am EST and 1am EST. Tech Savvy: You will have multiple computer screens open at the same, instant messages popping up, and emails coming through all while navigating through several systems and maintaining an engaged conversation with our customer. Pay: Our compensation plan rewards great performance. You are guaranteed an hourly base pay or booking incentive, whichever is greater. Training: Must complete and pass 6 weeks of training, as well as, complete on-going training modules to improve product knowledge. Work From Home: It's convenient, but it doesn't work for everyone. You must be disciplined and enjoy working independently. You'll need a space free of distractions with a stable phone and internet connectivity (minimum Internet speeds of 2.0 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download) in order to assist our customers.
