Combined, Auto Plus and Pep Boys (the "Company") have approximately 23,000 employees in over 1,000 locations in the United States and Puerto Rico and $3 billion in annual sales.Description:Position will increase customer satisfaction, the company's reputation, and sales by providing friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service in a way that results in complete customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:-Assign daily workload to Customer Service Reps.-Meet and exceed standards for customer contact volume and number of transactions as set by your supervisor.-Increase customer satisfaction by friendly greeting every customer that reaches you by telephone or visits the warehouse.-Handle all customers' complaints promptly, effectively, positively and with empathy for the customer concern.-Increase customer satisfaction by offering to special order any items not currently in stock.-Safeguard company inventory by following company policies, practices, systems and completion of forms for all - transactions involving invoices and credit for inventory shipped and/or returned.-Improve your skills, abilities and job knowledge, through daily practice as well as by participating in all company sponsored training programs.-Effectively communicate company policies while maintaining customer goodwill.-Share ideas on ways to improve customer satisfaction or improve the efficiency of any department and/or operation.Requirements:-High School Diploma or equivalent required.-1-3 years customer service experience; lead and/or supervisory experience preferred.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Computer skills including MS Word and Excel required.Candidates must successfully complete the background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screening process.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
