Job Tittle: Human Resource Coordinator Location: Westport CT HR Coordinator Position Summary: We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to support our Talent Management Coordinator in providing an excellent and seamless HR experience across the human capital value chain (from hiring to off-boarding) for all employees. The ideal candidates will operate with an "ownership mentality" and approach to work, be a self-starter, who can operate with limited direction when the goal is clear or proactively seek help. Given the highly confidential nature of the Executive Finance group, candidates must have a track record of excellent judgment, discretion, and integrity when managing and executing responsibilities. In our nonhierarchical environment, every team member has not only the right but the responsibility to operate like a business owner. Candidates must be willing to give and receive constructive feedback and naturally seek to improve internal processes and procedures. Exceptional candidates will grow their responsibilities over time, limited only by their skills and ability. Responsibilities would include:Support the delivery of an excellent "end to end" experience for all candidates and employeeAssist in building scalable and repeatable machines, and maintain clean data and proceduresResponsible for execution and continuous improvement of Candidate Processing/logistics: this includes coordinating all phone, in-house interviews, collecting all interview feedback and posting updates to the recruitment trackerBuild relationships with management, hiring managers, candidates, BW Recruiting and search firmsEnsure excellent candidate and interview experienceDeveloping, documenting, and improving procedures for all responsibilities from simple process enhancements to larger strategic initiativesOther HR projects as assigned.
