  • Support the daily activities of the CEO including organizing internal/external calls and meetings, maintaining calendar and contact database, and handling all travel arrangements
  • Provide general administrative suppor to office, including but not limited to, organizing and maintaining CEO office files and records
  • Provide general office support, including but not limited to, answering telephones for small trading desk, greeting visitors and proactively managing office supplies
  • Handle CEO's personal business and errands, as needed
  • Process weekly accounts payable
  • Coordinate details and logistics for all team events
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties, as assigned


  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player comfortable is an open office environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree
