Job Description:

Summary Retail Client Services Manager Retail Client Services Manager will work to maintain/improve client specific retail conditions and be a key point of communication between the retail team/conditions and the Headquarter team and client team. They will be an aid to the retail organization in regard to training to accomplish the client's objectives. Responsibilities Ensure compliance in regard to distribution, new item speed to shelf, pricing objectives, planogram conditions, display performance against features and promotional activity and POS distributionWork to resolve any noncompliance issues at retail where possible and communicate properly the unsolvable issuesPerform ridewiths at all levels of the retail organizationAudit stores in assigned geography according to executable itemsTrack and score retail audits, shipment opportunities, and report all competitive activity Attend retail meetings to communicate client objectives, general retail trainings, market condition observations and assist in sales trainingHires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resourcesMay delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reportsQualifications Ability to work effectively with managementAbility to direct, lead, coach, and develop peopleAbility to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategicallyAbility to develop strategic plans to grow the businessStrong prioritization skillsTeam building SkillsAbility to understand complex demands of a decentralized organization and meet challenging time linesStrong functional experience in retail managementProject management skillsGood interpersonal skillsSkill in supervising to include delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance-Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usageCustomer/Client specific applications3-5 years of experience in applicable field2+ years of supervisory experienceAdvantage Sales and Marketing, LLC dba Advantage Solutions is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods.
