Our Project Managers:- Ensure the quality of the output- Drive towards consistent delivery of all projects on time and on budget- Provide open and objective treatment of all issues- Identify trade-offs and facilitating changes to projects across all disciplines- Document processes and procedures that allow for more fluid movement of our people and on-going improvement Our Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that every project follows the agency process and meets all necessary deliverables. Expected to own/know status of every project, from project initiation to release/deployment in order to meet client deliverables on time and on budget. Our Project Manager leads his/her team as change agents; they take ownership of each project they are responsible for and use their skills and expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team. Project Managers ONLY provide solutions - never saying that something is impossible but noting what can be done based on circumstances. Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrates significant understanding of the scope of all assigned projects- Proactively and efficiently manages details throughout project- Creates and manages timelines in WorkZone- Has a clear vision of next steps- Displays confidence and understanding of internal and client process, and workflow, including client-and-product specific nuances- Works closely with all members of the team across multiple departments/locations- Runs concurrent projects effectively- Demonstrates strong knowledge of agency procedures, issues faced, and contributes to problem resolution- Secondary (or in some cases, primary) point of contact on projects- Lead external status calls/meetings- Works with team to ensure proper freelancer Key Accountabilities:In addition, the Project Manager must be able to oversee approximately $1-3MM of agency business. Must be client facing at times, must be able to own the following:- Lead the planning and implementation of the project- Accountable for all project plans, job opening/start up meetings, scheduling resources, tracking, change management and overall quality- Facilitates the definition of the scope, goals and deliverables; creates and manages timelines- Defines tasks and resource requirements- Assembles and coordinates appropriate staff; manages resource workflow- Demonstrates excellent risk identification and mitigation skills- Manages budget, schedule, project resource allocation and track deliverables through our project management software, WorkZone Provides direction and support to the team- Ensures quality- Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders, including fiscal responsibility- Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions- Provides ongoing updates and recommendations including status updates, changes in scope and project-specific strategy- Monitors workflow and manages any issues that prevent the completion of the project- Maintains contact with supervisor and SAL to keep them informed on the status of all jobs and ensure awareness of issues as they arise- Evaluation and assessment of results - Pharma/Med Ed agency experience preferred Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of work-related experienceFluent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; graphic programs a plusProject management experience; formal training, certification a plusMust be a team playerOutgoing, can do attitudeThe ability to work across locations including Guidemark's global delivery centerExcellent communication skills; ability to multitask
