DUTIES: Responsible for development of Customer Service system and processes. Deliver high-quality software on a frequent basis. Design and develop browser-based tools to automate workflows as well as access, process, and visualize data. Build, design, implement and maintain new systems and services within the customer service group. Customize current and new system and tools to fit the company needs. Participate in code reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide feedback about potential tool improvements.


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field and 2 years of software engineering experience. Requires knowledge and work experience in web client technologies JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, DHTML, CSS and HTTP. Requires knowledge of SQL and experience using Oracle and MySql relational databases.  Requires experience with Eclipse and SVN/Maven.  Requires sharp analytical abilities and OO design skills. Requires substantial experience in Java and Web application development (HTML JavaScript, XML CSS).  Requires knowledge in JSP.  Requires experience using and writing Web Service APIs: REST, XML, JSON. Requires familiarity with one or more JavaScript Frameworks: Angular JS, jQuery. Requires experience with Eclipse and GIT.
