We utilize custom built technologies and solutions to deliver premium white glove support. What We Are Looking ForA new member for our helpdesk team to support our growing client base. This team member will be responsible for creating and working tickets from incoming calls and emails. Strong, professional communication skills with a personable demeanor while on the phone and in person is required.
