We need 7 goal-oriented team members who are available to start training immediately to support our client's growing market in Connecticut. Our sales & marketing firm is committed to providing the most innovative tailored approach to each and every campaign we execute.At this moment, we are looking for energetic, career minded individuals to aid us with our expansion goal. These candidates will be hired as entry level marketing representatives for the our Connecticut territory with rapid advancement opportunities in management. Our training program is designed to cross-train the right candidate in all aspects of business and marketing as well as in corporate communication and team leadership. The focus is to prepare them for a position as the general manager of a location, overseeing the marketing for a Fortune 500 client and supervising a team of 20-40 employees. Job Requirements Our Account Consultant will act as the face of our clients to their high priority customers and specialize in new business acquisition and customer retention. Because our clients trust us to represent them and continue to build a positive reputation for them, we provide extensive training in cutting edge techniques to WOW our clients needs, extensive explanation of product knowledge, and development of business psychology. Combining that training with candidates that are - highly competitive, goal driven, and adaptable is what keeps Richard Allen ahead of the competition!
