Part-Time Assistant to CEO
Mackey & Guasco Staffing is searching for a Part-Time Assistant to the CEO with our client, a mid-size insurance company in Stamford, CT. The Part-Time Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for keeping this enthusiastic and client focused CEO on track and on time. DOE: $20-25 /hour + many company perks.
- Assist CEO with tracking, organizing and responding to multiple emails and phone calls daily
- Make travel arrangements with corresponding itineraries
- Assist with the preparation of multiple off site client events such as golf outings, charity events, lunches, dinners and meetings
- Assist CEO with preparation for his various Executive Board and Advisory Board appointments
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Personable and outgoing while positively representing the CEO
- Ability to keep a busy executive on track and on time in a fast paced environment
- A positive, can do personality
- Good problem solver, an efficiency expert
- Great Common sense
- Great sense of humor ability to work in a professional, fast paced sales environment
- Good PC skills including Outlook for scheduling and confirming meetings
Fee will be paid by our client, the prospective employer.
