The Team

The core mission of the Mutual Fund Services group is to establish scalable investment workflows, ensure a controlled operating environment and deliver high quality client service to both internal and external business relationships. In addition to supporting primary investment related activities, the group assists in the design and implementation of firm wide projects, operational due diligence, counterparty management and client related activities.

Your Role

We are seeking a full time Mutual Fund Services Analyst. The ideal candidate should have investor and client relationship management experience focusing on mutual fund operations and support. The role's primary focus will be mutual fund support which will require working with a team of business analysts, operations specialists, portfolio managers, traders, and developers, carrying out detailed transaction, reporting and analysis work. You will:

• Interact with clients on a daily basis, responding to questions and fielding requests
• Liaise with external counterparties and internal support teams, as well as between client and seniors managers at the firm
• Provide sales and MIS reporting to senior management that will require analysis, design and at times developing reports to satisfy ongoing and changing needs of our internal and external clients
• Coordinate selling agreement process between internal and external counterparties
• Coordinate regulatory reporting, i.e. prospectus, annual and semi-annual reporting

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years in mutual fund support, see above responsibilities
• Experience in a role at one or all of the following is a plus: transfer agency, custodian, mutual fund administrator, broker-dealer
• Experience with CIT's, UCIT's or other daily valued funds a plus
• Experience with analysis of Sales and Commission reporting a plus
• Well organized and extremely detailed oriented
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Reporting experience with Access Data/Salesvision, or similar
