What we do:

N2 Publishing helps local businesses reach their most valuable customers by delivering high-quality publications for affluent communities across the country directly to their homes. Nearly all of the stories and photos in each of these community publications are generated by the residents of the community and are centered around their kids, pets, families and events. In a time when there are far too many forms of media and other stimuli vying for the attention of the most influential homeowners in the local area, N2 has developed a program to cut right to the heart of the targeted communities through content that is chosen by them, exclusively for them and is comprehensively read and anticipated by them.

Position Responsibilities:

Our experience in this niche over the last decade has taken much of the workload out of being a successful publisher. As an Area Director, you are only responsible for establishing and maintaining advertising relationships and content management of your magazine. All of the layout design, ad design, printing and distribution are handled by our professional editorial and design staff.

Formula for Success:

* Meet with 12+ customers per week explaining product through a short digital presentation.

* Call 20-30 new companies each business day.

* Network to create and grow new business.

* Actively collaborate with management to create territory sales plans and goals.

* Practice honesty and integrity in all business relations.

N2 Publishing is looking for experienced sales professionals. Although no specific industry experience is necessary, our typical Area Directors often have experience in sales, sales management, advertising or media, marketing, outside sales, publishing, b2b, and direct sales.

The compensation program is clear and provides ongoing income growth with earnings based on sales activity. The average Area Director earns between $70k - $100k and top performers earn in excess of $200K+ annually. Although there is a tremendous amount of upside to this opportunity including personal freedom and scheduling flexibility, this position is not for everyone, as it does require commitment and diligence. However, the lifestyle it affords is worth the sacrifice for many.
