Campbell Soup Company has opportunity in our Global Biscuits and Snacking Division (Pepperidge Farm) which resides in Norwalk, CT for a Summer Brand Management Internship. Join our Marketing group and work with the team responsible for leading our iconic portfolio of bakery and snack brands like Milano, Goldfish or Swirl Bread.

The Associate Brand Management Intern position is a comprehensive introduction to marketing at Campbell Soup Company/Pepperidge Farm. Interns will be assigned one or more strategic projects of critical business importance. The experience also includes immersion in day-to-day activities, as well as an active training plan that includes plant tours, retail sales visits and interactions with our key agency partners.

In addition, full time brand managers are the owners of their business P&L's and responsible for all consumer marketing activities. Specific areas of accountability include: package graphics design; implementation of promotion and public relations events; volume forecasting; competitive performance analysis, market research; advertising development; new product innovation; and marketing strategy formulation.

Our summer interns play a key role in the company and, in return, we provide them with a world class introduction to marketing. We are seeking high-energy individuals who are passionate about Marketing and our Brands. Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership, analytic, project management, and strategic thinking skills along with the ability to work in a team environment.
