The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for promoting the growth of Turtles?? Impulse and Snacking portfolio through excellent marketing planning and execution. You will be a key contributor to the brand's business planning that will allow us to win in the marketplace based on a deep understanding of the consumer, customer and market. You will be accountable for developing and executing full marketing mix strategies and plans (e.g. product assortment, business forecasting, pricing proposals, communication and support plans) in partnership with internal multi-discipline teams and external partners. In addition, you will work closely with the BM to develop the strategic direction for the Impulse and Snacking categories, including new product and platform opportunities and consumer and category trends.

Key Cross Functional Partners: Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Innovation, Supply Chain

Travel requirements [% of time]: 5-10%


* Support the development of strategic business plans for the Turtles?? Impulse and Snacking segment in alignment with the total Turtles?? and chocolate category strategy

* Assisting Brand Manager, lead development and execution of core impulse and snacking product launches, manage cross functional team meetings to review project updates, and partner with cross-functional team to ensure key deadlines are met

* Working with Merchandising and Customer Marketing Teams, identify customer needs / opportunities, develop pricing and distribution that drive sales

* In collaboration with brand team, develop the marketing plans and lead execution of annual marketing plan activities for the segment, including local media strategy

* Provide regular brand tracking information to monitor market performance, brand performance against KPI's, budget tracking

* Assess new consumer and product opportunities via trend and competitive analyses

* Support delivery of the segment's P&L goals and the creation and delivery of the financials of your initiatives


* Minimum education: MBA required

* Consumer packaged goods experience, including understanding of promotions and trade spending, experience in business analysis (using IRI, Nielson, or comparable tools) is strongly preferred

* Must be able to demonstrate outstanding Marketing skills and potential

* Food industry experience is preferred

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

* Possess can-do attitude and has a bias for action

* Builds relationships and collaborates effectively

* Strives for continuous improvement

* Excellent project management skills

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Comfortable with ambiguity, agile, business-savvy and resourceful

* Detail oriented and comfortable with computer systems

* Strong spreadsheet and presentation development skills (Microsoft Office)
