Working in our engineering department enables you to immediately support design and development on multiple product lines. Coordinates the marketing and account services activities of the region. Responsible for the establishment of yearly sales goals and development and implementation of a comprehensive plan to further penetrate the region while providing the highest level of service to existing customers.


* Plans and manages the marketing effort by researching competitive activities.

* Maintains contact with all major accounts, key and target.

* Confers with the internal departments to suggest changes and improvements in design, pricing or policy.

* Prepares regular and special reports.

* Achieves budgeted order volume.

* Assist in order budgeting and project orders on a monthly basis.

* Controls expenses appropriate to job performance and assigned territory.

* Develops and implements strategies to penetrate accounts and increase order volume.

* Develop and provide quotes and quoting strategy based on the information provided by sales, in a timely manner.

* Initiate and monitor Engineering changes with proper urgency.

* Ability to travel when necessary

* Any other duties as assigned


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business plus one (1) to three (3) years in industry related experience and technical/quantitative background. Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Other requirements as necessary.
