The Position

The candidate who assumes the role of Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for aiding in the management of all aspects of digital media and analytics. Responsibilities include:

* Management of global programmatic display, social, mobile and video, ensuring accuracy in set-up and providing recommendations on how to improve performance

* Working with agency teams to ensure accuracy and performance of creative, as well as new ideas to test

* Structuring and measuring tests for new and evolving media channels

* Working closely with our agencies and internal teams to ensure all campaigns are set-up and tracked accurately

* Support online brand marketing initiatives

* Coordinate creation and assignment of creative assets for applicable campaigns

* Assist media analytics teams to perform short and long term performance and ROI analysis

* Reports to Manager, Digital Marketing

* 1-2 years experience in planning, buying and optimizing display social and online video campaigns

* Working knowledge of the fundamentals of adserving and adtracking

* Core understanding of digital media measurement and how it relates to business results.

* Comfort using Excel for data and campaign analysis. Any exposure to SQL/Hive/R/Python considered a plus (but not essential)

* Working independently as well as collaborating with others
