FactSet's Recruiting Team is looking for a creative, innovative thinker with strong communication skills who will be able to strengthen the FactSet brand on campus and be a culture carrier for the company.

The Recruiting Specialist, to join our Consulting Recruiting team, will assist with executing campus hiring strategies by traveling to colleges and universities across the United States while building and maintaining strong internal relationships with key business stake holders. By utilizing technology to the fullest extent (including social media) to connect with candidates, the Recruiting Specialist will establish sophisticated candidate screening/selection methods to cast a wide net for talent and hire the best while ensuring a great candidate experience.


* Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, office and campus interviews, networking receptions/dinners etc.

* Manage the end-to-end candidate process, including resume/phone screening, interviews, selection, offers, negotiation and onboarding

* Participate in the planning and execution of diversity initiatives

* Responsible for data management and integrity throughout the scheduling and assessment process including input of relevant data into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

* Develop an external network within the marketplace to understand competition, salaries, and make recommendations to the team based on this knowledge

Job Requirements :

* For Consultants, at least 2 years of FactSet experience in a client-facing role

* 2+ years of prior recruiting experience required; campus recruiting experience preferred

* Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in HR, Business, Marketing or related field

* Willingness to travel as needed during peak recruiting seasons (approximately 40%)

* Experience in client-facing role and demonstrated ability to build relationships

* Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking and presentation skills

* Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team

* Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
