Job Description:

In this role, you will support XL Catlin's Talent mission to enhance colleague capability, engagement and drive performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing project and change management plans to support the Performance Management process for the enterprise (e.g., Goal Setting, Mid-Year and Year End Reviews). You will also support other Talent initiatives such as Human Resources (HR) continuous improvement and colleague engagement.What will your essential responsibilities include?Developing and executing project and change management plans to prepare the organization for goal setting, mid-year and year end reviews. Including, but not limited to, writing and distributing HR and enterprise communications, developing content for toolkits, webinars, presentations, etc.Collaborating with Talent Partners in the planning and delivery of training offerings to build leadership capability in Performance Management.Building effective working relationships across HR to serve as the primary point of contact for the administration of the performance management process including the HR system (myHR).Becoming a subject matter expert of the Performance Management and Onboarding modules in myHR. Assist myHR super users with inquiries from colleagues and managers.Leading myHR testing activities during regular system upgrades.Partnering with external vendor to implement and support the colleague engagement survey process, including regular pulse surveys.Supporting ongoing HR process redesign efforts as required ensuring our processes are efficient and supporting the needs of our businesses.Supporting the Talent Review process as required. You will report to the Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement Lead. We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:A minimum of three to five years project management and change management experience required; experience with talent management processes strongly preferred; process improvement experience desired.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including writing communications, developing PowerPoint presentations and facilitating meetings.Strong consulting and influencing skills.Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office and experience working with technology platforms such as HR systems.Excellent time-management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and efficient.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or another relevant field required.
