Production Associate - 3rd Shift

TTM Stafford is looking for dedicated people to join our growing team! As a Production Associate, you will work in a fun, team-oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Your strong attention to detail and safety orientation would play a key role in producing printed circuit boards. We offer training for those that have never worked on printed circuit boards before.

We have a unique work schedule which entails working alternating 4 day & 5 day weeks.

1st Shift - 7:00AM - 3:30PM (5 Day Week) & 6:30AM - 4:00PM (4 Day Week)

2nd Shift - 3:15PM - 11:45PM (5 Day Week) & 3:45PM - 1:15AM (4 Day Week)

3rd Shift - 10:45PM - 7:15PM (5 Day Week) & 9:45PM - 7:15AM (4 Day Week)


• Read and understand the procedures

• Understand and follow the critical and month end lists.

• Adheres to preventative maintenance schedules as applicable

• Monitors and maintains quality production and record quality data.

• Is able to read and be aware of blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.

• Cross train on operations within multiple areas

• Help area meet all safety and production goals.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Facilitates and attends meetings, communicates regularly with managers and supervisors, maintains a clean and safe work environment and communicates to supervisor safety hazards and issues.

• Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts


Job Qualifications and Prerequisites:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Has good English communication skills and mathematical skills.

• Has good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and the ability to speak clearly.

• Ability to perform routine tasks.

• Must be a team player and must work well with others.

• Must adapt to a changing environment.

• Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and is flexible to work overtime when needed.

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, bending, leaning, sitting and/or standing for entire shift.

• Flexible and able to cross train to work in any position throughout both buildings.

• Ability to safely work or come in contact with chemical, physical (noise, etc) or biological agents.

• Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.

• Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Export Compliance: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
