This is an opportunity to join a small respected boutique investment firm known for managing retirement portfolios for high net worth families. We do not sell our services through commissioned salespeople. Clients find us through referrals and through our reputation marketing efforts. We are creating a new administrative position for a creative, super-organized, friendly, outgoing person who wants to help us grow. You will need to have relevant experience, be proficient in project and time management, and be able to interface effectively with clients, prospective clients, visitors and staff in an atmosphere of dignity and decorum. You will be working in beautiful offices in N. Stamford with talented, likeable, and dedicated co-workers. Requirements:Excellent presentation skills (written and oral). Ability to multitask, manage a diverse work load, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, quickly changing environment.Reliable, organized, able to prioritize, with the ability to function independently.Pass background check and provide references from prior employers.A plus but not required - Interest in passing the Series 65 (go to finra.org/file a form U-10 to take the test).
