Your role will be to provide outstanding customer service from initial greeting to the final sale. This will involve accessing customer needs and providing expert advice about available products, creating customer agreements, and demonstrating features and benefits of any product.Responsibilities: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide assistance in choosing a suitable product within retail stores across the local area.Use your knowledge and experience to recommend the right product for the customer's needs including providing product explanations and demos.Handle all customer complaints or objections in a calm and professional manner to effectively recommend products and close sale.Know where to direct customers requiring assistance and maintain positive relationship with potential customers.Assist in the delegation of tasks in the department and follow up on completion;Undertake any other related duties as required.Requirements: Previous retail experience an asset, particularly the electronic industryMust be able to have conversations with customers in order to promote selling processShows initiative to get things doneBe willing to go that "extra mile" for all customersMust have a positive, outgoing and friendly attitudeOther Attributes:
