The role of the Garage Greeter is to provide exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the continued cleanliness and safety of the garag e.

  • Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction.
  • Contribute to a safe environment for all guests and employees per company and site specific guidelines
  • Maintaining a ready to serve posture that is welcoming to guests
  • Make eye contact and smile to all guests to acknowledge them
  • Prioritize assisting guests before other tasks
  • Working efficiently, without rushing, to assist guests
  • Use VPNE preferred word choices while speaking with guests
  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to walk short and long distances.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Possess the manual dexterity to operate parking equipment, including POF machines, garage gates and location specific equipment.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction.
  • Maintain uniform standards while around account.
  • Be able to pass criminal background check.
  • Ability to create relationships with customers

  • Educational Requirements: High School or GED
  • Years of Experience: Entry Level
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English
