**The Responsibilities**

**Role Summary:**

To provide global Futures execution services during APAC market hours for all relevant exchange traded products, in a manner that fulfils the needs of the Futures business clients and RBS House Traders on the relevant global Futures markets.

**Role Responsibilities:**

Activities include but are not limited to:

+ Execute and monitor market orders for clients and House Traders in exchange traded products on the global Futures markets during the APAC market hours.

+ Receive in-bound inquiries from clients and House Traders and manage requests in a clear, efficient and professional manner

+ Ensure all exchange and internal compliance rules, requirements, timelines, etc. are adhered to at all times

+ Conduct activities in accordance with all RBS internal policies and with the utmost integrity and conduct

+ Ensure operating in accordance with stipulatedFutures business policies and procedures

+ Manage activities/execution to ensure the best execution for clients at all times

+ Be thorough in execution activities to reduce the likelihood of errors.Correct errors immediately to reduce exposure to market risk

+ Ensure all goals/objectives, performance reviews and other requirements outlined a RBS's performance management process are completed by stated deadlines

+ Ensure all required HR and Compliance training is completed by the established deadlines

**Role Qualifications:**

+ A Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Futures Execution capacity for an International Bank or Financial Institution

+ Have a thorough knowledge of all Futures and options on Futures products, especially the APAC and globally traded electronic overnight markets

+ Holds the appropriate license(s) based on location (e.g. Series 3 if based in the US)

+ Strong Communication Skills

+ Self-motivated ?? able to identify and resolve issues with minimum supervision.

+ Creative and reliable

+ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
