We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a 6 month rotation to join our Stamford, CT headquarters. This position will provide support to the National HR Manager of the corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, IT and Corporate Affairs) in the areas of Employee Relations, Talent Development, Regulatory Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Reporting.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

* Provide HR Generalist support for the HR, Finance, Information Services, Legal and Corporate Affairs organizations

* Provide administrative support for and coordination of NWNA' s HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, benefits enrollment, exit interviews, and leadership development

* Respond timely to employee issues and questions related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies and programs

* Complete I-9s and new hire paperwork for all Stamford-based hires and maintain all employee files

* Conduct Beginning the Journey new hire orientation for new employees of NWNA

* Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on key HR KPIs for Corporate

* Lead ad-hoc HR projects in support of the HR Operational Master Plan and/or functional HR priorities


Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

* At least 2 years of Human Resources work experience, providing administrative support and coordination of HR processes

* Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task daily HR responsibilities with project work

* Demonstrated strength in organization skills and coordination across multiple client groups

* Superior oral and written communication and analytical skills

* Ability to manage expectations of business and HR stakeholders on priorities and timelines

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Power Point and Excel
