Job Description:

Level I - IT Support Innovative Fairfield County Service Provider is searching for a Level I IT Support candidate to help support their growing client base. Responsibilities: ?? Responsible for level I IT tickets and ensure timely resolution o Level I Tickets include: Desktop setup and installation Assistance with Microsoft Office Mobile device troubleshooting (Email setup, account management) Basic network troubleshooting (Wireless, VPN client configuration) Troubleshoot RDP connectivity Troubleshoot printers ?? Follow escalation protocol for level II issues ?? Monitor backups and resolve issues as they arise ?? User training with desktops, mobile phones, peripherals ?? Peripheral device management (mobile phones, scanners) ?? Phone/Desktop Administration ?? Documentation of processes, system information, asset tagging Requirements: ?? Strong, professional communication skills ?? Ability to multitask ?? Personable and friendly demeanor in person and on phone ?? Motivated and ready to learn new skills and technology ?? Troubleshooting experience with Windows 7-10 and Office 2007-2016 ?? Fundamental understanding of cloud technology ?? Core understanding of network technology - WLAN, LAN, WAN ?? Able to lift 40lbs, climb ladders, perform work in tight network closets ?? Must be able to work individually or as a team Compensation based on experience.
