**Customer Success Associate 1**


The Customer Success Associate works in conjunction with Customer Success Specialists to perform all Marketing, Sales and Media fulfillment duties. CSA's are responsible for the ongoing oversight and execution of all Exhibitor E/EMG programs, sales inquiries, customer inquiries, assistance with exhibitor tools, exhibition logistics and overall execution against exhibitor customer experience before, during and after the event.


+ Assist in the management of all aspects of the Exhibitor customer experience for assigned territory and Brand

+ Assist in the management, execution and fulfillment on a timely basis of all Media sales within assigned territory

+ Assist CSS and Event Management team with all Exhibiting customer inquiries

+ Work closely with assigned CSS to ensure seamless customer experience related to all fulfillment needs, inquiries and questions

+ Manage day to day data needs to ensure proactive and effective touchpoints across targeted list of customers

+ Work closely with Event Sales team to and partner groups to ensure a successful Customer Experience for assigned territory



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Knowledge and Skills**

+ 2 to 3 years of Business experience in a corporate environment, B2B experienced preferred

+ Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in a professional manner

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point

+ Understanding and/or proficient in Web Advertising and Social Media Channels.

+ Ability to quickly learn and utilize sales data systems

+ Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

+ Strong problem solving skills

+ Demonstrates personal motivation\#LI-POST


Two to three years in Business environment - preferably in Marketing, Marketing Services, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support or Web Marketing
