Job Description:

LOOKING FOR 30 TO 40 HOURS PER WEEK Must be highly motivated with good management and organizational skills complemented with effective communication abilities to interface with both internal and outside people. This position must possess a high regard for confidentiality and also have effective written and verbal communication skills. Job responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls in a friendly professional manner and respond to customer questions using the current operating computer system. This includes the ability to locate the customer account in the system while the customer is on the phone and be able to resolve the question or issue immediately. Additionally need the ability to enter data accurately into excel files on a daily basis.Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesData input into excel files for productivity reportingFollow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.Investigate and resolve customer queriesProcess adjustmentsCreate and organized daily notes and file systemCommunicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally Qualifications:Knowledge of office administration and proceduresKnowledge of general bookkeeping proceduresProficient in relevant computer applications1-3 years general office experience Required Skills: Attention to detail and accuracyInterpersonal skillsGood communication skillsStrong organizational skillsInformation managementStrong memory skillsProblem-solving skillsDecision-making skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskDeadline and detail-oriented
