Job Description:

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our Danbury, CT office to work in a team environment with all levels of management. Responsibilities:• Greeting Clients, answer phones and direct to necessary department• Prepare reports• Draft correspondence• Schedule appointments• Organize paper and electronic files• Make copies of correspondence or other printed material• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters• Order/manage office supplies and materials• Other admin tasks duties as assignedRequirements: • This position requires 2.5 plus years of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist job-related experience. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email• Must be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and possess strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel • Must be dependable, attentive to details, and comfortable in interacting with clients via phone• Warm and accommodating demeanor is required• Ability to take direction from several departments• Quick learner and team player
