Job Summary: The Recruiting Manager is responsible for the recruiting functions and service of assigned key active accounts. Is also charged with expanding the on premise relationship by
providing exceptional service quality candidates as well as exploring all available new opportunities within the assigned
key accounts. The Recruiting Manager works directly with available recruiting resources and customer support to ensure that the
clients hiring needs are met.
Ensure a high level of service to current key account customers and contractors
Identify qualified candidates for openings at key large accounts using all available recruiting tools
Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and proactively marketing
Allocate and collaborate with available recruiting and OP resources
Perform and / or oversee administrative demands, per client/customer specifications
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
