The Digital Marketing Specialist for Paid Search/SEO/SEM oversees the planning, development and execution of search marketing efforts as part of a broader integrated customer engagement and marketing strategy.

Essential Duties:

Manage SEO/SEM efforts

* Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)

* Set search marketing goals and measure results

* Track search results against performance metrics to optimize spend

* Partner with corporate Web properties to support the company's business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified

* leads, brand presence, awareness)

* Collaborate with Customer Care Center to drive volume and conversion from search activities

* Coordinate with corporate marketing, field marketing and communications to align search activity with broader campaign initiatives

Education:

* Bachelor's degree required

Experience:

* Five or more years of online marketing experience

* Development of integrated marketing programs that with a strong focus on analytics

* Three or more years of SEO/SEM experience

* Experience managing agency relationships strongly desirable combined inbound and outbound tactics

* Previous experience with A/B and multivariate testing

* Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies

* Agency experience a plus
