**Account Rep/Inside Sales EPC**

Complete sales cycle from quotation through payment collection for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) firms and occasional international customers. Manage EPC orders through our distribution channel. Support end users with technical information about Ashcroft products making recommendations and establishing sales channel.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Review Request For Quotations (RFQ) from customer and provide a detailed quotation. Correspond with customer for clarification on any process/technical data required to complete.
* Audit and review all orders received against quotation and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare document/prints for approval transmittal for document control clerk.
* Once approvals are received and edits made, prepare order for entry.
* Work with customer on all revisions and prepare necessary documentation to create order. Review acknowledgments for accuracy.
* Continually monitor the progress of the order making sure that we maintain our delivery schedules. Work with Inspection/QA/Coordinator on all shipping and document requirements after product is manufactured.
* Work with affiliates and buyers to coordinate products not manufactured in Stratford.
* Prepare documents/testing procedures package for customer.
* Manage large quote/order through life cycle (1 -2 years).
* As needed or required provide technical assistance on products and applications from our technical support line.
* Any other sales support functions as needed or required to provide our customers with exceptional customer service with consideration of all Core Values.

**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE AND/OR ABILITIES CONSISTENTLY REQUIRED**

* Bachelor's Degree and 1 - 5 years' experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales or Contract Administration required.

* Experience preparing quotations with documentation requirements.

* Desire to work on RFQ's/Projects that have a long life cycle.

* Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to build rapport and establish relationships.

* Must be capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks with the ability to meet deadlines.

* Experience with MS Office including Excel and Collaboration software is required.

* Experience in a manufacturing/technical environment preferred.

* Technical aptitude.

* Ability to work in a team environment, share information and processes.

* Enthusiastic/passionate for their work with track record of improving processes.

* Travel may be up to 10%.
