Consultant Requirements:

* 4+ years' related experience

* Consulting experience strongly desired

* Consultants working within an engagement team and are responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design and business process design (including scenario design, flow mapping).

* Involvement in at least one (1) Student Information Systems full life cycle implementations or HCM Higher Education full life cycle implementations

* Experience with Student Information Systems such as Oracle-PeopleSoft, Ellucian-Banner, Workday or others

* Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions preferred

* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

* Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

* Up to 80% travel required
