Job Description:

As the marketing and business owner, you will be fully responsible for this new business, including strategy, execution, marketing activation, budget, and P&L management. In this role, you will collaborate with the global marketing and product development teams to develop the right plans for the US market, providing them with local market insights and perspectives. You will also work closely with the US sales managers to secure distribution and plan annual marketing activities at specific accounts. But most importantly, you will craft our story towards consumers across all touchpoints and use your experience with targeted digital marketing to ensure we reach the consumers for whom our offering is most suitable. Responsibilities: • Develop multi-year strategy & product roadmap: • Responsible for annual strategy plan• Work with global team to plan and execute market research. • Analyze consumer research, customer research, channel trends, current market conditions and competitor information to unlock new insights that will drive competitive advantage. • Collaborate with global stakeholders to localize existing global product platforms • Project management: ensure full on-time and in full MIP deliverable. Team up with Category and supply chain to optimize innovation deployment plan Develop and execute marketing activities: • Liaise with advertising and media agency to develop high quality annual marketing plan; a digtal-heavy plan that is targeted towards our specific consumer audience. • Team up with other functions to facilitate channel / customer specific shopper marketing activities in line with National plans • Analyze the productivity of the marketing plans and projects • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget • Customer-facing brand activities with Business development and Sales team:• Translates the midterm product roadmap into concrete product specifications for implementation by the sales organization in the different sales channels. Stakeholder management: • Establish effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and external agencies and partners. • Capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders • Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from Sr. Management and key constituencies regarding the quality of the plans / projects for the products / Brand. We are looking for: The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills education and experience: Bachelors required, MBA preferred Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience Strategic thinking Experience with agency management and digital marketing Creativity and entrepreneurship Problem analysis and problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Lead and work in cross-functional teams Organization and planning Team-leadership and stakeholder management Persuasiveness Energy, adaptability and drive Sense of urgency
