The Central Referral Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of patient referral intake process and all Central Referral Associates, including monitoring and reporting



key performance metrics. Responsible for the overall patient referral intake process. This position involves planning and implementing call center strategies and improving department workflows.





This position requires a minimum formal education of Bachelor Degree and minimum of three years job-related experience.



Call Center and customer service experience. MS Office (Excel, Word).
