* Responsible for the development and implementation of pricing solutions to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term financial objectives.

* Analyze pricing data to report on key metrics.

* Supports the regional sales force with innovative pricing solutions for their customers. This includes structuring, proposing, negotiating and approving transactions.

* Evaluates, negotiates, and manages client pricing issues.

* Makes decisions on transactional pricing consistent with pricing policies and guidelines.

* Interacts with clients directly to discuss pricing solutions, reduce the possibility of potential difficulties and resolve problems.

* Partners with Sales Deal Hub Managers and Sales to promptly identify issues, risks and opportunities with new business and renewals.

* Consults with business unit leaders to understand individual product offerings and support pricing structures in client deals.

* Analyzes the various pricing solutions, and partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and other key stakeholders to establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue requirements.

* Gathers sales inquiry and bid data for Product Management and Corporate Pricing to action.

* Develops and implements a standardized process for evaluating business case data.

* Trains the regional sales force in the various pricing solutions and facilitates the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.

* Manages communications regarding pricing policies and practices.

* Partners with Sales, Finance and Marketing to implement a proactive bid management approach across the organization.

* Drives Corporate Pricing's engagement model and develops a framework for large renewals and complex client relationships.


* Graduate or Post-graduate degree (i.e. MBA or MS) in Economics.

* Demonstrated experience with data mining.

* Proven analytical ability to spot trends in data and report them to management.

* 8-10 years as a Finance/Pricing professional with experiencemanaging tactical and strategic proposals and pricing; and buildinglarge/complex solution-oriented bids/deals for multiple products/services.

* Very strong interpersonal and people management skills.

* Strong quantitative and analytical background.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
