The role will involve implementing a comprehensivecommunications strategy in conjunction with Corporate Marketing team, Sales,Research and Events.

* Create digestible, actionable communications explaining theevolving Corporate Marketing team's strategies and programs

* Articulate Corporate Marketing's value proposition in aconsistent and compelling manner to engage associates across all BUs, Sales,and Gartner Marketing

* Implement communications strategy across broad mix of mediachannels and training opportunities

* Preparation of regular communications vehicles including,but not limited to, Monthly Status Reports, Newsletters, Eagle and GAW pages,all hands meetings, annual kick offs

* Assist with department wide training, on boarding andknowledge sharing programs to establish a pervasive growth mindset, and prepareour marketing associates for sustained growth

* Schedule and execute internal webinars using Gartnertechnology platforms

* The role will involve implementing a comprehensive internalcommunications strategy in conjunction with Director, Communications, andmanaging all internally-facing communications including live, web and digitalcommunications that are concise, accurate, and timely

* Communicate information in context to audiences withinGartner about the Marketing business strategy, portfolio, policies andprocedures. Drive awareness of Marketing across Gartner and increase associateengagement with Marketing

* Work with all Corporate Marketing centers of excellence(Marketing Strategy and Operations, Role Based Marketing, Digital, Multimediaand Regional Marketing) to ensure all communications support and align withGartner and Marketing's vision and strategies. Provide appropriate tools todeliver communications. Ensure internal communications support and align withall external messaging

* Assess, recommend, influence and implementinnovative communication tools and methods to accomplish internal communicationobjectives and tactics #LI-AK1

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, PublicRelations or Journalism

* Communications professional with a minimum of 5 years in amarketing or internal communications role

* Understanding of Marketing and Sales strategy and processes

* Must have strong people/verbal communication skills

* Strong writing skills in a broad range of formats isessential

* Strong collaboration skills

* Proven ability to research, analyze, and consolidate complexcontent into cohesive, clear, straightforward messaging

* Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook,and Word

* Innovative, creative, curious mindset; willingto learn about, experiment with and champion new media and channels #LI-AK1
