Customer Relations Specialist (CSR)

NCG, Inc. is looking for an effective communicator for an entry level Customer Relations Specialist.

Our clients use our portfolio of sales solutions, including our systems and processes, to help grow their customer base. You'll provide innovative, industry-leading customer relations solutions for our clients and proactively identify new opportunities for continuous growth. Some of the largest companies in the nation rely on our services and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. Our team helps grow customer portfolios and grow our internal team by providing them opportunities for advancement.

You will work with Customer Relations Specialist and cross-functional teams to develop business for NCG, Inc. and our future expanding offices.

Communicate effectively with customers, teams, and clients.
Prospect for new partners, identify new sales opportunities and create a business pipeline.
Take responsibility for demand generation through customer acquisitions, customer retention, and customer relations
Support solution sales, and provide consultative sales by uncovering their consumer needs, and presenting them solutions.
Meet monthly targets

Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
0-2 years of relevant work experience in sales/marketing, and/or customer service
Preferred qualifications
Self-driven and ambitious with polished skills to close deals.
