Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Dir Collegiate Success performs a variety of customer service functions.


+ Handles customer service inquiries and problems.

+ Uses systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.

+ Responds to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.

+ Maintains records as appropriate.

+ Coordinates services between students and faculty for compliance with the Americans with Disability Act; keeping informed of current best practices and educating the College community

+ Responsible for effective management of student life cycle from matriculated student to engaged alumnus, playing a vital role in a comprehensive plan for student academic success, transition programs, retention initiatives, career preparation and employment.

+ Responsible for the intellectual, social, physical and spiritual development of students by providing leadership for an integrated program of student engagement, student leadership, student health and counseling as well as enrichment services that lead to student success.

+ Communicates regularly with students through various media (email, flyers, presentations, etc???) and maintain up to date content on different platforms (website, Student Handbook, online services)

+ Interprets policies, implements strategies and assists in the development and administration of short and long term goals and objectives and after implementation evaluates success.

+ Other Duties as assigned


**Education & Experience:**

+ Bachelor's Level Degree

+ Master's degree preferred

+ Minimum five years in higher education, with experience in academic affairs and student services, including advising and student development.
