Rapidly growing specialty finance company headquartered in Fairfield County, seeks a Auto Insurance Claims Processing Administrator and Title Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in the processing of vehicle insurance claims and titling of commercial equipment; claims processing and communication with external customers, insurance companies, adjusters, and titling agencies. A strong willingness to learn internal related processes that are, but not limited to…Lien Recordings, Title Research, processing of received Titles and related documentation.
- Preferably a 2-year experience in commercial equipment claims processing and titling.
- Familiarity with lease loan and loan documents
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good listening skills with the ability to resolve issues and offer solutions in a diplomatic and professional manner.
- Strong team player with the ability to work and communicate with all departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
