Bartender Joes Fairfield
The Bartender is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable conversation. This position is critical to our guests' overall experience as the Bartender must ensure the guest has a memorable experience throughout their dining and is made to feel as an honored guest at our bar. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest's needs from the initial greeting to their departure while delivering a "just right" experience with engaging service to compel them to comment. The Bartender ensures great quality beverages, made to our high standards in a timely manner. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching. • Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds frequently. • Able to remain standing and active for a 6-8 hour shift. • Coordination skills that allow proper writing, pouring and carrying of several drinks and plates at the same time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English. • High School education. • Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
