We are currently hiring for an HRIS Coordinator for our Stamford, CT location. The HRIS Coordinator will support the business by accurately maintaining data integrity in the human resource information system (HRIS). Position will be responsible for generating both standard and customized HRIS reports, and assisting in training HRIS users. The HRIS Coordinator will be the first point of contact for technical support issues such as security, including user set-up, termination, and changes, as well as any reporting issues. Additionally, the HRIS Coordinator will be highly detailed, possess great communication and follow up skills.

* Maintain the integrity of data in the HRIS system by reviewing input data and conducting regular audits.

* Design and generate standard reports from the HRIS system.

* Generate customized HRIS reports for special projects.

* Assist in development and documentation of consistent and appropriate data coding structures.

* Assist in training HRIS users in the proper application of codes and other data entry conventions.

* Act at first point of contact for technical support issues.

* Audit I-9 entries and re certifications.

* Maintain organizational charts.

* Perform related duties or special projects as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

Required skills:

* Requires two to five years of experience in HRIS or a related field

* Familiarity/Use of HRIS database and reporting tools

* Good communication skills

* Good time management skills and multi-tasking abilities

* Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality

Desired skills:

* Prior knowledge of and work in ADP ADPR, ADP EV5, and Netsecure preferred
