This position is responsible for creating, leading and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for all lines of business. Creates vision for integrated marketing strategies that merge digital, social and content to deliver high impact client experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Continuously drives the digital marketing strategy forward, identifying key stakeholders and gaining support for key digital initiatives. Advocate for increased digital presence across all departments and act as a change management champion. Drives and implements new digital and social medial ideas, trends, and best practices through customer insights, data and innovation.

Develops and oversees the deployment of new digital capabilities as well as the refinement and deployment of existing digital capabilities. Leverages technology to create the client experience of the future. Monitors digital options across target markets and segments to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy.

Partners with Marketing Strategists on detailed roadmaps of future product roll-outs and releases, as well as the overall long-term strategic vision for the end-to-end digital offering and experience.

Leads the development, management and deployment of digital strategies by ensuring alignment between business needs and digital efforts. Oversees implementation of new digital e-business options. Oversees growth, engagement and lead generation targets for all online and social media channels.

Define the digital strategies, tactics and opportunities required to optimize market share, contribute to customer growth and meet and anticipate current and future consumer demands.

Leads digital marketing innovation, evolves best practices, competitor activities, third party tools and technology and consumer engagement insights that help grow the business. Leads and supports digital strategies to drive brand growth. Maintains excellence in digital media and customer facing applications.

Researches industry trends, brainstorms and proposes the introduction of digital products, services and e-business platforms. Maintains in-depth knowledge of current and emerging digital technology.

Partner with agencies and digital innovation partners to identify best talent and ideas. Build internal digital talent that will enable continued growth and innovation. Develop and nurture strategic vendor alliances required to identify synergies, promote mutual growth, maximize resources, ensure consumer focus and capitalize on market opportunities/trends. Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deploy best practices in digital marketing.

Provide overall direction and support for team and monitor and assess individual work in accordance with high standards of excellence. Provide feedback, coaching, support, opportunities for development, complete performance appraisals, take corrective action when appropriate, and participate in hiring decisions.

Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
