Job Description:

The pizza chef is responsible for preparing and serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Responsible for all food preparation, cooking and pizza making in compliance with food hygiene standards and practices, maintaining presentation standards and fulfilling basic cleaning duties. Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items. Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations. Maintains efficient, friendly service. Restocks as necessary. Reports any customer complaints to the manager on duty. Routinely cleans the pizza area. Requirements, Qualifications & Physical Demands: Must have experience. Maintains positive Company morale and professional attitude. Must be able to work overtime, as needed. Excellent verbal skills. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds. Regularly required to handle hot food. Shift: 2pm-9pm, 6 days/week.
