In this role, you'll join our Global User Experience team in Danbury, CT and report To Manager of SMB/CEB. You will be responsible for\:

  • Collaborate with project contributors, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to create user-focused concepts and interactive solutions for web-based interfaces.
  • Own significant UX/UI design responsibilities for web applications under the direction of the UX Architect and UX Design Management.
  • Execute UX-based projects to refine, develop and enforce interface design, branding and UX best practices and communicate concepts with authority and conviction.
  • Develop detailed deliverables and interactive Axure prototypes and effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements.
  • Test and validate conceptual design and iterate them with clients and proto-personas and maintain expert-level knowledge of competitive products and experiences.

  • 3 to 5 years of solid work experience with job roles such as UX designer or Interaction designer.
  • Web application design (Not websites) experience is a must.
  • 3+ years of advanced prototyping experience with Axure.
  • Experience developing and execution usability testing and understanding the implications for user interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Interest in tracking user metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Clear and effective written, visual and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills, and proven track record of presenting to and influencing stakeholders and senior management
  • Demonstrated skill and experience creating user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, personas, and user interface designs.
  • Understanding of modern web technology stack - HTML, CSS, JavaScript Framework, Bootstrap, FontAwesome.
  • Must be able to review a portfolio of work - highlighting individual contribution.
