In this role, you will leverage your growing UX research and design skillset to support the design team and product leadership in achieving the product vision and creating great user experiences. As a highly collaborative designer, you will work closely with the UX lead and other GUX team members to execute on Design Thinking principles and support continued adoption of our Design System. The product development lifecycle offers diverse experiences and many learning opportunities to further your career development plan, and you will be paired with a senior team member for continued coaching and mentoring. You will be responsible for\:

  • Passionate about learning how our products can solve real-world problems for customers and prospects.
  • Able to take direction and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly collaborative, flexible and communicative organized and responsive

  • UX prototyping experience with tools like Axure, Sketch.
  • Experience creating user journeys, personas, scenarios, flow diagrams, wireframes and prototypes.
  • Experience planning and running usability testing and synthesizing the results into actionable recommendations for product design.
  • Interest in tracking user metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Experience with Agile practices and Design Thinking principles preferred.
  • Mobile design (native & web) experience a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (design, HCI, human factors) preferred. Internship or 1-2 years relevant professional experience a plus.
  • Must provide portfolio of product design work.
