Description: As the Manager, Marketing BudgetSystems you will be responsible for leading a global team focused on themanagement of all finance activities as they relate to the broader marketing organization.You'll m aintainsustainable operations of marketing spend systems including PO requests, costcenters, approval matrix and committed funds for forecast. Along with your teamyou'll manage global marketing technology forecasts as well as managing theGlobal Marketing and Communications budget platform i.e. link budget data withcampaign results in You'll report directly to the VP,Marketing Technology and Operations

?? Maintainingsustainable operations of marketing spend systems including PO requests, costcenters, approval matrix, committed funds for forecast
?? Managingglobal marketing technology forecasts
?? ManagingGlobal Marketing and Communications budget platform\: link budget data withcampaign results in
?? Developingreports of marketing campaign return to help facilitate effective budgetallocations
?? Coordinatingwith all LOB, segment, region and partner managers to understand and setbudgets, working with directors of marketing strategy & planning, segmentmanagers and IMC
?? Coordinatingthe roll up of all LOB and LOB, segment, region and partner budgets to theglobal marketing plan
?? Coordinatingthe roll up of all LOB, segment, region and partner marketing tracking andreconciliation of spending throughout the year, working with the corporatefinance team
?? Partneringwith Finance to coordinate all marketing finance globally, including supportingthe annual budget process; monthly and quarterly operational budget management;LOB chargebacks, etc.
?? Overseeingthe B2B process
?? Ensuringcompliance with PB finance policies and procedures
?? Creatingtemplates and best practices for marketing finance

?? Collaborates across multiple teammembers to influence; Acts as an advisor; Lead on a regional and global basis
?? A solid understanding of financialoperations and budget management.
?? Strong financial background
?? Solid understanding of marketingdisciplines and processes
?? Strong relationship buildingskills and stakeholder management
?? Quantitative & qualitativeanalytical skills
?? Marketing finance functionalexcellence
?? Advanced MS Office skillsincluding, Excel (Pivot tables, etc.), Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
