We are currently seeking New Grad RN's across the country for opportunities in Surgical Services, Behavioral Health, Medical Oncology, PCU, ED, NICU, PICU, TELE, ICU, L&D, CVICU, CVTELE, MED/SURG and more. The Licensed Registered Nurse will be a new grad nurse looking for a job with a degree in Nursing. Excellent opportunity for new nurses to join a regional medical center and gain immediate, hands-on experience. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate Opportunity Assess, plan and evaluate patient care needs. Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition. Instruct and educate patients and families. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Perform other duties as needed.
