**Essential Functions:**

Assign workload of all administrative associates and monitor as needed. Ensure all company required documents/paperwork are completed for each new hire. Determine training needs of the administrative team and select the most appropriate training methods. May be required to train administrative support staff as needed in both procedural and PC related tasks. Ensure activities are performed on a timely basis. As needed, interview and hire administrative support team personnel Provide coaching and feedback and development to all Administrative Associates. Drive performance development reviews of subordinates Coordinate on duty scheduling among team ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Monitor and complete Branch payables and manager Branch vendors Assist in coordinating Branch wellness/safety activities. Order Branch supplies as needed.

Assist Branch Manager is driving Branch cost controls.


Five to eight years office experience and at least 3 years office management experience. (Recommend at least 6 years experience with KONE)

Previous experience in a leadership role.

**Specific Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:**

Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers and other KONE personnel. Ability to determine training needs and design or utilize training tools. Ability to train employees and/or coordinate training of branch office personnel. Ability to manage administrative team including performing such tasks as interviewing job candidates, completing performance reviews, and maintaining personnel records. Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Working knowledge of service operations and/or business development


Write business letters and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style. Speak to customer and all levels of KONE employees with poise, voice control and confidence using correct English and a well-modulated voice.


Apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.
