Account Supervisor - Rockstar Wanted!

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and thought leaders.
•Ensure client expectations are met on all levels of program activity
•Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and medical education.
•Conduct meetings throughout the project life cycle (kick off, status meetings, reconciliation/closure).
•Manage budgeting, financial monitoring and reconciliation of individual projects.
•Schedule and conduct start-up, interim and final team meetings for each project, establish and maintain time and events schedules, and provide ongoing updates to client and team as required by account team on each initiative to ensure successful management and completion.
• Oversees/drives/owns the detail of daily account work on the project.
•Oversee and facilitate development of all project activities, including faculty recruitment and ongoing communication, audience generation, content development, logistics and program materials.
•Maintain and manage timely and professional written and verbal communications with clients, faculty members and internal team members.
•Contribute to organic new business development activities. Participate in new business activities as required based on expertise and need.
•Manage, mentor and develop junior staff.
•Interface with third party vendors as appropriate.
•Establish a collaborative relationship with all internal stakeholders - from medical to editorial to creative. Maintain strong communication lines with all throughout course of jobs and client relationship/needs.
•Cross-pollinate with other vertical business as needed/appropriate for deliverables that touch other disciplines (advertising, learning, strategy, etc.)
•Provide strategic direction and support when needed.
•Drive/work collaboratively with supervisor for development and presentation of tactical planning for new calendar years.
•Strive to embrace new and innovative solutions to existing client opportunities/challenges ; continually challenge the status quo for enhanced client deliverables.
•Serve as a positive influence on colleagues and Guidemark Health staff overall.
